On a serious note, you say that sending info for a 1v1 server is not advertising. If that's not, then what is? Giving out any form of information for a server is advertising, doesn't matter whether it is a permanent server or a temporary one. And like the others have said, there is no way to see that it is a 'password' server, so please, stop complaining; it was a 1hr ban, you caught it lucky there...
 
And Ping Lag (especially to gain an advantage in the maps) is not allowed, no. Just to clarify.

I would say, we need proof of him reconnecting straight after, or else he might have genuinely needed to have gone off. 
 
I personally wouldn't give him a ban without the proof of reconnecting, and I would only give like 1hr or so.

I don't think there is a need for fb group since we got here the forum to share or discuss anything

The thing I find with this however, is that everyone always asks what the preferred fps should be, which is always 125 for the most part, if you were to play the normal routes of maps. Therefore, despite being a good idea, i do not think it is necessary to have one on deathrun.
 
With map secrets however, if someone doesnt already know what fps to use, then they shouldnt really be going into the secret in my opinion; they should learn for themselves and practise outside of the server, or just ask someone. 
 
But like I said, for the most part it is always 125, so an fps counter/display or whatever isn't that necessary

It doesn't seem anyone has banned him yet. I will give him a 3d Comms Block, as I believe that is what he deserves from the content of what he is spamming; bringing in someone's race/religion is not accepted.

When the SourceBans problem is fixed, I'm sure they will get a well deserved temp ban.

Custom Modding is a talent many few do not possess. Cod4 is old and no one really wants to bring resources to the game especially ones that teach modding. The only people in the clan that can actually mod would be me and *V* and my knowledge is only basic and *V* only knows map script. The time and effort put into the mod would not be worth the outcome. It's easy to say its a good idea but going out your way and dedicating time to it is something else and until you have made a custom mod (within reason) you don't understand the dedication. I had the same problem with Deathrun 1.3. I lost all inspiration for the mod because in theory it may seem like a good idea but in the end our 1.2 server is above all 1.3 servers in gametracker. Sorry for the rant. 
 
In the end, if someone wants to create it, I will happily help when it's needed but I won't be creating it.

Nope, that's just a different server. The IP is correct but @Fisher said that it's broken. I don't know what's broken but maybe it's an easy fix?

That's karma for going into devmap with the same player profile, or not backing up when deleting the game  
 
Edit: Plus, levels on deathrun don't mean anything these days, and it'll take the fun out of ranking up again.

- Admins such as @Mc.Joker and @Ninja are busy working on more important things as of now, so I doubt sprays//skins//weapons will be added any time soon...
- As for when people use bad language, that is already censored for the most part, with the odd use of bad language that is not censored, for an unknown reason.
- With adding ranks, a lot of work has to be done to implement them into the server, so I doubt they'll be added any time soon either, as likewise with the skins etc, admins have more important things to be sorting out right now, in regards with our servers.
 
Nice ideas though, but as of now, I'm not too sure whether they will be considered to be put onto the server or not.

As @Blandum stated however, if he was warned already yet continued to do it after the mod left, then I agree, I believe it is a short tempban worthy; he is blatantly ignoring what a mod has asked of him, thinking he can get away with it just because he left.
