online members/mods, online staff, who was online in last 24h,
and how many people are online in general (it even says how many guests)..
 
#Edit: On the sidebar you can even see how many people are online on servers.

However you're free to donate but not in any way to be unbanned/get special treatment from the Staff.
 
I only banned you because of the Rule breaking, yes you were insulting players however you were breaking certain Rules--
#1 No profanity #2 No childish behavior #3 No racism or discrimination of any kind #5 No offensive language and #6 No overriding of the censoring mechanism (It is there for a reason!)  
 
In a way yes you're correct about yourself as you've been Muted a few times and still never learned your lesson so we shall see if you can reform yourself.

@Kenai,
I watched his demo. It looks very suspicious. No clear signs of use no smoke or wallhack. BUT there are suspicions of using aim assist.
Either other admins will consider this and issue their verdict, or we will unban it and put it under surveillance. 
My vote - permban.

@Kenai has given you enough reasoning as to why you should be banned as realistically, you have admitted you hacked. And also, you also said you torrented it.
 
From this, this appeal will be closed and you will not be unbanned.

Sadly that's not how this works, I cannot unban you as to me the evidence is clearly there. It's a shame you don't have a demo and or video clip of before you were banned.

Начну с того, что уже несколько раз у тебя был запрет из за оскорблений и плохого языка.
Так и на демо ты умудряешься игнорировать правила сервера и наносишь оскорбления игрокам.
Цитирую: " **** ты шавка квадратная", " ***** квадратная". Для чего ты выбираешь такую модель поведения, если знаешь что это пресекалось неоднократно?!

Ну а основное это то, что администратор может дать постоянный запрет основываясь на демо.
Скриншоты здесь не причем. Другие члены клана могут в течении некоторого времени рассматривать твой вопрос! Примут решение снять запрет либо оставить его.

Ну а теперь мое решение по этому вопросу! Я полностью согласен с запретом который вынес Кенай!
На доказательствах много явных причин использования обманов (запрещенных программ).
Перечислять их не вижу смысла! Рекомендую тебе поискать другой сервер для игры! Всего хорошего! 
 
Well, now my decision on this issue! I fully agree with the ban that Kenai imposed!
There are many obvious reasons for using deceptions (prohibited programs) on the evidence.
I don't see the point in listing them! I recommend that you look for another server to play on! All the best!
 
 
 

Well considering the proof I've posted above I don't think you can change the fact that you were using "No Smoke." As for the other players shooting through Walls(Doesn't mean they're hacking, they're called wallbangs and happen almost every map), Smoke- there aren't many and they get banned when caught like you- I on the other hand don't need cheats as I've been playing for a long while and have dealt with my fair share of hackers which is why I applied to become an Admin many years ago. I however am done talking with you and I shall leave this post open for other Admins to put their own input. Have a wonderful day!

Dear, @sanchejioo thank you for your ban Appeal.
 
As evident you were banned for the use of 'No Smoke.' Down below will be the demo I was sent from a report that shows you aiming and shooting through thick smoke(As well as killing players) on the map 'Countdown.' There is also a specific shot where a player was behind a barrier and was not visible and just before they popped out you instantly aimed and shot where he was just before popping out- Thankfully you somehow missed him(This in my personal opinion almost looked like a wallhack) as for the No Smoke kills, You killed 'War raider' 3 times through the smoke, Another No Smoke was when you were on the Missile Truck aiming at the downed helicopter at someone firing, You shot at them twice before I couldn't even see where he was with the smoke, but when I don't have No Smoke I could see you follow him even when he jumped up you followed him into the air, very fishy in my personal opinion.
 
As before I will let other Admins make their input into this matter, But I personally think you are using No Smoke and or possibly have a hack and thus I won't be unbanning you.

The ban reason is for 'No Smoke' which will be in the proof below the texts- As for the "Inadequate Admin" part, I will have to disagree with that. Feel free to explain to me about your predicament.

The Screenshots in the Spoiler below are from my POV in almost the exact same spot(Granted it's not in the IceOps Server as Countdown wasn't on at the time of this post and thus I don't have the same FOV)
 
In my opinion, you went around a cheat protected command that is disabled. So I would deny this appeal because of the evidence provided above- However I will let other Admins put their input into the matter as well.
