When you're viewing it make sure your weaponcycle command is set to 500, otherwise it'll be a black screen.

Is this serious? Willing to sell something (legitimate or not) on a game which you won't make any profit off buying it because the game has been in decline for so long now? This absolutely has no justificable nor sustainable arguments and I say I call it a scam  I would pay cents, if any at all.

Probably because they just paid a lot of money to play something they already have  Especially on pc, as pc has both cod4 and mwr, whereas people on next gen consoles only have access mwr so may be happier
