But don't you worry about it too much, this case quiet simple; 
 
First you are accusing many other people of wallhack etc.
Meanwhile you are the one that is hacking, not really fair you think? 
Underneath this sentence you can find our evidence of you hacking.
Reminder; these pictures are taken of YOUR point of view. 
 
 
So don't worry about this ban anymore since bans for hacking will NOT be lifted.

The good news that i think i know what is the problem
 I think after the loose of dr if you played 4x3 server or offline server not sure about wich one but one of them will lead to the server to send you message that you tried to hack rank so your back to lvl 1 
The bad news you will not get your score back if you want to have it back get a vip access to dr or play again and try to get your score back

@Nemo try mp_dust2 and mp_marketcenter, both awesome and classic maps. Some of your maps are okay like mp_almeria but these are so maaany maps xD

FPS fluctuates with the new version of cod4x and they could be locked at 250 but can still show to be over. Make sure you do $ministatus more than once and take SS's.

it is necessary to cancel vote of map . make automatic.

If the admin banned you out of thin air without a warning of such i think it is not fair you have been banned.
everyone gets frustrated from time to time we know but next time please dont swear
if it were for me you'd get unbanned but receive a mute for 8 hours or something like that. good luck with what the admins think about this

We're not using B3 or something like it. We're using CoD4X which is not as easy or fast to do as you tell us.
And second for you commands:
Calladmin: We'll not make such thing.
Spectate?: Why would we implent that? You got a mouse. Just click.

Yes you can make/use Gun Skins, You can even have edited textures(Like Buildings,The Sky,Roads etc) just not something that gives you a disadvantage over the opposing teams, Like Enemy/Teammate Skins that are different colors.
