Problem with marty and tube is cuz of the maps which are voted again and again, especially killhouse or ambush are spawnkills. There is no tactic nor skill you can use to avoid being hit by it.
 
No need to mention the other maps since it's the same everywhere.

Make sure you always periodically check players' ID's, That way all you'll have to do is scroll up. I tend to check them every 5 or so minutes, Or unless I do screenshots or when I notice someone joins.

Nope, But I remember doing a firing mode multiple times and it happened(Thought it was another Ob that teleported me, since that's possible) though I don't remember if it was under the Static-- I doubt it was as this was when I only used Push.

This is nice, so we're able to block these out? 
I will vote for a yes, because the tubes and martyr are overpowered. 
 
Claymores are ok in my opinion. 

Since there is no more deathrun, we can just add it in my opinion.

I think the system requirements dosnt show for laptops graphics cards. I had the same problem for other games in teh past. 
Its free just download it and see what happens. 
 

As @Association mentioned, it is not an open source unfortunately. Therefore it has to be decrypted first. 
I doubt if anyone in our clan is able to do this and got time for this. The one i know is maybe able to do this; @Ninja.

Problem with obscurity is it isn't open-source, therefor the code cannot be modified, so I doubt the bug could be fixed.

You can also just add another server than deleting an existing one.

We are using a new banning system which is better than the previous way- Since we are using this one, bans under GUID's cannot be unbanned in this system I'm afraid. If you're using a cracked key and it was not you, then get another cracked key.
 
But bans for cheating are not tolerated here and will NOT be unbanned.
 
P.S; This GUID is different than the previous ban appeal you made.

In rounds with explosive zombies i never campif i die it is cause of some jerk who shot zombie near me while I was reviving someone. Most of deaths happen cause of jerks.

I just look for the same IP Adresses, and if they are both playing I leave them be, if one is in spectator then-- Well I can't reveal all my secrets to the public

A few of us older members (time in community, not age) do in fact use Whatsapp, and as @0sjors0 mentioned, it can sometimes get a bit of spam.

Just saying that sometimes when good players are online and heal each other, we get very far along in the game.
But when people mind only their own business, it's game over after 1 or 2 rounds.
The best is that they want to be healed when being down and even more ironic is when they complain about it.
Another good rule would be not to steal crates. I know generally it doesn't work, but sometimes it does. Once I called an emergency drop with a nuke in it. Somebody took it and nuked the zombies. It was in the third round and everybody was mad since it was a good map and a great game. Made me mad a little bit too since it was mine.
I am not saying to overregulate the server, just some regulations to improve gaming experience.

About reviving I would not like to see such rules. Maybe we should give more points for reviving. Also you can't really forbid them the camping.
